A graduate from C.O.D.S Manipal, he acquired his M.D.S. in Endodontics and Operative Dentistry from J.S.S Mysore in March 2003, and further went for his Masters in Laser dentistry from Vienna, Austria. He has also completed Advanced Proficiency course in Laser dentistry from Academy of laser dentistry (ALD) USA. Founder member of ALD Affiliate India. He is an active member of IDA (Indian Dental Association) and IES (Indian Endodontic Society).

He is widely renowned for his practice devoted to Laser Assisted Minimally Invasive Aesthetic Dentistry, Cosmetic Treatments (Tooth Whitening, Laminates and Veneers), Digital Smile Designing ( a new concept for the first time in India), Microscope Assisted Single Sitting Root Canal Treatments and Retreatments, Treatment of Precancerous Conditions (Oral Submucos Fibrosis) with Lasers, Implants and Oral Rehabilitation.
